Before joining HCLTech, Shivakumara spent over six years at Tessolve as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, where he led major business development initiatives and built robust client engagement strategies, contributing significantly to revenue growth and brand positioning.
His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Test and Verification Solutions, Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd., TELOS Risk Management and Insurance Broking Services Private Limited, Standard Chartered Bank, Reliance General Insurance, and HDFC ERGO General Insurance. This diverse experience has given him strong exposure across technology, financial services, and insurance sectors.
