New Delhi. M3M India and Smartworld Developers and ELIE SAAB, the global fashion and lifestyle brand, announce their partnership for the development of Signature Residences by ELIE SAAB in Gurugram and Noida. Marking ELIE SAAB’s first branded residential developments in India.
 
Conceived as two distinct yet complementary developments, the Signature Residences by ELIE SAAB in Gurugram and Noida translate the Brand’s design philosophy into refined residential experiences, where architecture, interiors, and lifestyle converge to create a contemporary expression of elevated living.

The Signature Residences by ELIE SAAB will comprise 300 exclusive residences, comprising 4 -bedroom residences with expansive layouts ranging from 4,200 sq. ft. to 4,650 sq. ft. The 4-bedroom Residences are conceived to maximise light, space, and comfort, featuring waterfront views, generous floor-to-ceiling heights, wrap-around decks and private Jacuzzis integrated within outdoor living spaces.
 
 Noida – Sector 98
 
Strategically located in Sector 98, Noida, the development enjoys rare uninterrupted golf course views alongside strong connectivity to South Delhi, Central Noida, and key commercial hubs across the NCR.
